WORK SAFETY

Safety is our top priority. Nisan technicians are VCA- & IRATA certified at a minimum and before work commences a RAMS is completed. Our in-house inspectors are certified according to European legislation and carry out gear and equipment inspections inhouse as well as for third parties

ROPE ACCESS

Rope access is the solution for all difficult-to-reach locations. Unlike other options, rope access work is quick, clean, and above all, safe. Installations or silos require only a short downtime, allowing production to resume quickly. Rope access work has a minimal impact on environmental factors, meaning that surrounding operations are usually not affected.

Our team consists of IRATA-trained and certified climbers. Before work commences, a task risk analysis is conducted and an action plan is developed in consultation with the installation manager. Safety is our top priority. We specialize in industrial applications, but are also available for all other work at heights. Working in collaboration with your area of expertise, we can assist you in any area.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

Production shutdowns are usually stressful due to tight schedules. With proper planning and a thorough action plan, we complete the work in time while maintaining safety and high quality standards. Whether simple or complex, you can contact us for all types of service, maintenance, and repairs.

Technical malfunctions in installations are not desired, but do happen sometimes. We aim to be quickly deployable in order to help you get your production back up and running. Together with a proper analysis we don’t fix the issue but we solve the root cause.

PIPING & WELDING

We can assist you with all your general welding needs, both on-site and in our workshop. We work with the common materials like stainless steel, aluminium and steel. We specialize in the TIG welding process for optimal control and high-quality results.

We’re skilled in fitting and welding piping. From measuring to fabrication and installation. We are familiar with and proficient in EHEDG guidelines, ensuring your installation remains hygienic thanks to our high-quality of work.

CONFINED SPACE

With the correct precautions every work area can be made safe. Prior to entering a confined space a task risk analysis is conducted in consultation with the installation manager. Nisan has its own medical trained rescue team and we don’t enter a confined space without a rescue setup nor specific necessary precautions. We conduct all sorts of work in confided spaces. Welding, polishing, NDT inspection or any type of mechanical work. You can also hire us as standby rescue for your own works in confined space.

INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

With safety as our top priority, we can handle the assembly of your machine or system from start to finish. In our workshop, we can assist you with the assembly of small machinery, skid construction, or the fabrication of piping or small tanks.

YEARLY INSPECTIONS

To retain a high level of safety for all operations regular equipment inspections need to be conducted. This to assure the safety of the people working with it and the surrounding environment. In accordance with European NEN regulations yearly inspections are mandatory,. The European standards are designed to ensure the safety and performance of the various equipment for working at height. Nisan has certified inspectors in the following fields;
NEN818, NEN-EN 361/363 – Lifting equipment and fall protection
EN131 & NEN2484 – ladders and stairs
EN1004 – mobile scaffold towers

We can conduct inspections both on site or at our workshop.
